RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at info@citybazaar.dk or call 50 69 35 73 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Clearly write the provided RMA number on the package.
- Ship the return to the following address:

RETURN SHIPPING & PROCESSING
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If the item is found to be ineligible for return, we will notify you and may return the item at your expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, fresh produce)
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, toiletries)

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

EXCHANGES
- If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the above process and place a new order for the desired item.
